|Ability||Your General gains +1 Attack for each friendly Shadow Creep.|
Your General gains +1 General Attack for each friendly Shadow Creep.
- The bonus attack is based on friendly Shadow Creep currently on the field. Adding more creep will increase the attack bonus, while if creep is dispelled the attack will be decreased proportionately.
This card is frequently considered a staple to most decks that use Shadow Creep. The attack bonus does not have a maximum, so effects like Shadow Nova and Klaxon's dying wish will drastically increase the damage of this card. It's often used the turn before an Obliterate, due to the incredibly high damage potential of the two combined being able to burst a lot of damage at once.
"Ghost Azalea appears in Chapter 5 of the Codex. It is described as ancient crystals, formed after the first bloom of Eyos, only found in the depths of crevasses and chasms of the continent Styxus. It contains potent, concentrated magical energies and they were used by the Inxikrah in a ritual known as ""Krah'Zul"". "
- The Azalea flower is a real life flower that is native to North America, Europe, and Asia. It's significantly smaller than other flowers of it's species. This is perhaps a reference to Cassyva Soulreaper being much smaller in stature and form than other generals, since she is normally the only general to use this card.
- The card shares similar purposes to Obliterate and Abyssal Juggernaut as a way of dealing more damage the more Shadow Creep you own.
- Card was added with the Shim'Zar expansion to the game.
